Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices and delivery arrangements.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, enquiries and delivery schedules.
Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Prepare and maintain sales documents, records and reports.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse and internal departments.
Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

任职要求

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a Diploma or holds a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales ( other field acceptable)
Students who are looking for a school-required internship are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
Able to handle basic documentation, data entry and sales coordination tasks.
Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good command of English or Chinese
Internship duration: 06 months.
