Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices and delivery arrangements.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, enquiries and delivery schedules.
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, records and reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse and internal departments.
  • Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  • Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Internship Requirements

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or holds a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales ( other field acceptable)
  • Students who are looking for a school-required internship are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Able to handle basic documentation, data entry and sales coordination tasks.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good command of English or Chinese
  • Internship duration:   06 months.
