岗位描述

Monitor students’ learning data via computer, including daily reports, weekly/monthly performance metrics, and communicate feedback with parents as needed. Adjust learning plans based on data insights.
Engage with parents via messages, calls, or meetings to ensure effective communication.
Provide emotional support and guidance to students during periods of instability or abnormal performance.
Maintain and update student profiles, recording critical information.
Deliver online/offline support for learning device users, participate in professional data analyst training, and provide expert services.

任职要求

No gender preference, preferably outgoing, good at communication, and enjoys social interaction.

Strong communication skills (top priority).
Management ability: Capable of disciplining students, building rapport, and maintaining high standards.
Empathy with parents, aligning with their expectations while enforcing strict student accountability.
Team player: Must collaborate seamlessly with sales staff and proactively seek alignment.
