1. 国际运输辅助：协助正式员工跟进海运、空运、跨境物流订舱、排舱流程，同步货物运输进度，整理物流轨迹信息，保障货物运输时效可追溯。
Assist full-time team members in coordinating international transportation processes, including ocean freight, air freight, and cross-border logistics bookings and scheduling. Track shipment progress, maintain logistics tracking records, and ensure shipment timelines are transparent and traceable.
2. 供应链对接与单证处理：协助对接海外分公司、加盟商及国内仓库，整理物流备货需求数据；负责进出口报关、清关资料的收集、整理、核对与归档，协助完成合规通关基础工作。
Support coordination with overseas subsidiaries, franchise partners, and domestic warehouses by organizing logistics and inventory preparation requirements. Assist with the collection, verification, filing, and management of import/export documentation and customs clearance materials to support compliant international trade operations.
3. 物流成本基础协助：协助整理、登记各类国际物流费用单据，统计各物流渠道基础价格数据，配合完成费用核对、台账录入，协助开展物流成本基础分析与对比工作。
Assist with organizing and recording international logistics expense documents, collecting pricing data from different logistics channels, maintaining cost records, and supporting basic logistics cost analysis and comparison.
4. 海外仓运营支持：协助跟进海外仓库出入库数据、库存盘点，整理库存周转信息，同步备货需求，配合完成海外仓日常运营及备货计划落地，保障库存正常供给。
Support overseas warehouse operations by monitoring inbound and outbound inventory data, assisting with stock checks, analyzing inventory turnover information, and coordinating replenishment requirements to ensure stable inventory availability.
5. 物流异常跟进：协助对接内外部合作方，同步物流运输、清关、配送进度；记录运输延误、海关查验、货物破损等异常问题，整理异常台账，协助跟进问题处理进度。
Assist in coordinating with internal and external partners to monitor transportation, customs clearance, and delivery progress. Track logistics exceptions such as shipment delays, customs inspections, and cargo damage, maintain issue records, and support follow-up actions.
6. 数据整理与台账归档：日常统计物流相关数据，协助制作物流基础报表，整理各类物流单据、合同、单证，搭建并维护标准化物流档案台账，保证资料完整可查。
Collect and maintain daily logistics data, assist in preparing basic logistics reports, organize shipping documents, contracts, and records, and maintain standardized logistics databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
1. 大专及以上学历在读，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理等相关专业优先。
Currently pursuing a college degree or above. Majors in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
2. 了解国际物流、进出口贸易基础流程，有无相关实习经验均可，愿意深耕跨境供应链、海外物流领域。
Basic understanding of international logistics and import/export trade processes. Previous internship experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have an interest in developing a career in cross-border supply chain and international logistics.
3. 具备基础英语读写能力，能够看懂简单英文物流单证、邮件，可协助处理海外基础对接工作。
Basic English reading and writing skills required, with the ability to understand simple English logistics documents and emails and support basic international communication.
4. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，擅长 Excel 数据统计、表格整理，会基础函数操作，了解 ERP 系统者优先。
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting. Familiarity with basic formulas and ERP systems is a plus.
5. 具备基础成本意识和数据敏感度，做事细心严谨、有条理，擅长资料整理、数据核对工作。
Strong attention to cost control and data accuracy. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling documentation management and data verification tasks.
6. 沟通协调能力良好，责任心强，学习能力强，能接受物流行业工作节奏，抗压能力佳，可积极应对日常突发问题。
Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, and strong learning ability. Able to adapt to the fast-paced logistics environment, handle pressure effectively, and respond proactively to unexpected situations.
7. 有食品、快消品行业物流实习经验，或海外仓、跨境物流相关实习经历者优先。中文能作为工作语言优先。
Candidates with internship experience in food & beverage, FMCG logistics, overseas warehouse operations, or cross-border logistics are preferred. Fluent Chinese as a working language is a plus.
