Marketing Intern (Cybersecurity)
About the Role
ThreatBook is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives across digital channels, content creation, events, and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content marketing, social media, and working with cross-functional teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing while learning about the fast-growing cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including blog articles, case studies, newsletters, and website content.
Repurpose technical materials into engaging content suitable for different audiences and marketing channels.
Maintain and update marketing assets, collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Assist in updating the company website and coordinating the content publishing schedule to ensure timely delivery across platforms.
Support proofreading and localization of marketing materials.
Assist in managing ThreatBook’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Schedule approved content and monitor engagement.
Help create simple visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
Track content performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
Support the planning and execution of webinars, exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
Assist in post-event follow-ups and campaign reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Maintain marketing databases and support CRM data hygiene to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing activities as needed.

Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus for supporting regional marketing activities.
Creative with an eye for detail and branding.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic design tools such as Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
Interested in digital marketing, B2B technology, or cybersecurity.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
