brand image guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all resident communications including mail, messages, phone calls, and information requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational &amp; Administrative Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strict control and security over all guest keys, master keys, and other designated keys, adhering precisely to key issuance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Review and reconcile audit report balances, and conduct systematic follow-up on outstanding accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Handle leasing-related activities, including conducting property tours and site inspections in the absence of the Sales &amp; Marketing team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Departmental Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively support the Sales &amp; Marketing department by providing valuable guest feedback, market insights, and potential sales leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be fully knowledgeable and compliant with all safety, first-aid, fire, and emergency procedures, and operate related
