Responsible for requirement analysis of backend systems related to the Large Accommodation Business Unit, deeply understanding business needs, and formulating product plans.
Design efficient and user-friendly backend product features, and write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
Project Management:
Coordinate resources from technology, design, operations, and other teams to drive product development and ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor and optimize products after launch, continuously improving product performance and user experience.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Use data analysis tools to monitor product usage, identify user needs, and propose product optimization solutions.
Conduct regular market research, analyze competing products, and maintain the product’s market competitiveness.
Cross-Departmental Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure product strategies align with the company’s overall goals.
Support the operations team by providing product training and related assistance.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Computer Science, Information Management, Tourism Management, or related fields.
Professional Skills:
Solid knowledge of product management and familiarity with product development processes.
Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure and Visio.
Experience Requirements:
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions based on data.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant internship or project experience.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive cross-departmental collaboration.
