Service Crew Trainee (餐饮培训生)

Provide excellent front-line service, including greeting customers, recommending products, taking orders, and handling cashiering duties (提供优质的前线服务，包括迎接顾客、推荐产品、点餐及处理收银工作)

Assist with customer enquiries regarding menu items, pricing, or product availability in a courteous and professional manner (以礼貌及专业的态度，协助顾客解答有关菜单、价格或产品供应的询问)

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring hygiene standards are met (保持工作区域整洁有序，确保符合卫生标准)

Customer Service & Sales (顾客服务与销售)

• Accurately process sales transactions via POS and manage payment collection (通过POS系统准确处理销售交易，并妥善管理收款工作)
• Serve customers from pushcarts and ensure efficient payment handling post-sale (if applicable) (从推车为顾客提供服务，并在销售后有效处理付款事宜（如适用）)

Food & Beverage Preparation (餐饮准备)

• Prepare and serve toast, hot food items, and desserts in line with recipes and food safety standards (根据食谱及食品安全标准，准备与提供烤面包、热食及甜品)
• Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, sauces, and other food components as required (if applicable) (协助厨房运作，准备食材、酱料及其他食品配料)
• Serve food items and drinks, including pouring drinks and scooping rice and soup for customers  (为顾客提供餐点与饮品，包括舀饭、舀汤及倒饮料)
• Prepare and serve traditional coffee, tea, homemade beverages, and cordials according to standard recipes and quality expectations (按照标准食谱与品质要求，冲泡与提供传统咖啡、茶、自制饮品及糖浆饮料)
• Cut, arrange, and display fresh fruits in chillers for visual appeal and freshness (切割、摆放并陈列新鲜水果于冷藏柜中，以确保外观吸引及保持新鲜度)

Stall & Dining Area Maintenance (档口与用餐区维护)

• Ensure the front-of-stall and service areas are well-stocked with required consumables and supplies (确保档口前台与服务区备有充足的消耗品与物资)
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables, replenishing condiments, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area (if applicable) (协助清理及重新摆设餐桌，补充调味品，并维持用餐区的整洁（如适用）)

Inventory & Reporting (库存与报告)

• Support Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager in conducting inventory checks and stocktaking (协助店长/副店长进行库存检查与盘点工作)
• Provide timely feedback or reports on the quality and quantity of ingredients, drinks, fruits, sauces, and other consumables (及时反馈或汇报食材、饮品、水果、酱料及其他消耗品的质量与数量情况)
