岗位描述

–Assist with overall day-to-day operations in the Dining Hall, Private Rooms, Pantry and Stewarding sections
–Perform table service, –cashiering and related roles at assigned section
–Handle customer feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times,
–resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively
Support catering events
–Assist with special projects

任职要求

–6 days work week, willing to work on weekends/PH and shift
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
–Able to cope in fast-paced environment with heavy volume
