工作简介

作为新加坡鼎泰丰的厨房培训生，您将接受系统化的培训，学习厨房运营的基础知识。您将协助厨师进行食材准备，遵守高标准的卫生与安全规范，并确保食物质量的一致性。

工作职责：

确保食物质量和摆盘水准始终如一地维持在高标准。
协助厨师以创意和一致性保持最高的食物品质。
控制浪费，确保厨房运作高效。
检查汤底、酱料及每日装饰配料的新鲜度和准备情况。
及时向厨师报告所有维修相关问题。
确保前场和后厨区域都井然有序、维护良好。
