岗位描述

Analyze client requirements, prepare solutions and agreements, and assist sales teams in closing deals.
Initiate projects based on agreements, coordinate internal resources, and maintain communication with production departments to ensure smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates to clients, ensure service quality, and identify new client needs during the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with logistics teams and clients to arrange shipments, assist in payment collection, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Handle after-sales services, resolve client issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the project management system.

任职要求

Soft Skills: Quick learner with a proactive attitude; Outgoing and team-oriented; Strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Biology or related fields.
Language Proficiency: CET-6 (or equivalent) or fluent spoken Japanese; Excellent written English communication skills.
