Brand Promotion & Marketing Strategy: Responsible for overseas brand promotion to enhance brand awareness and influence; Execute annual overseas marketing strategies and coordinate resources for global expansion; Manage overseas marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct and manage overseas market research, analyzing international demand and competition; Identify potential market opportunities and propose targeted market entry strategies; Provide market insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute overseas marketing campaigns, including online/offline promotions, academic conferences, and industry forums; Organize international academic events to strengthen the company’s global research influence; Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure successful implementation and evaluate outcomes.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Source, screen, and manage international market leads to ensure quality and effectiveness; Collaborate with the international business team to drive lead conversion and achieve business goals; Analyze lead sources and optimize marketing channels for higher conversion rates.
Team Management & Collaboration: Guide and manage the marketing team to improve overall performance; Coordinate with international teams and other departments (e.g., sales, R&D) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Marketing Performance Optimization: Analyze ROI of international campaigns and refine strategies; Track brand exposure and market impact, providing improvement recommendations.
任职要求
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields; MBA or Integrated Marketing degree preferred; Overseas study background is preferred.
Professional Skills: Strong market insight and strategic planning abilities; Familiarity with international marketing tools (e.g., social media, SEM, content marketing); Cross-cultural communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams/clients.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean) are preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities; Adaptability to fast-paced international work environments.
