Job Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the sales team
Assist in sales data tracking, reporting, and system updates
Support the coordination of meetings, team activities, and customer events
Prepare sales materials, documents, and presentations
Follow established sales processes and internal procedures
Market research
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the team

任职要求

Job Requirements:

Student of 2-year college diploma or equivalent (‘A’ levels, Junior College Diploma, etc.) or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Internship experience is a plus but not required
Fluent spoken Chinese with effective communication skills.
Strong written communication skills, including professional email correspondence, and good administrative support capabilities.
