Role: Full-Stack Developer Intern
Location: [Shenzhen, can start from Remote]

What You’ll Do:

Shape Our Platform: Design, develop, and implement user-facing features using React.js, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences (UX) that are central to our mission.
Build Robust Backends: Assist in developing and maintaining server-side logic and APIs using Java, contributing to the scalable infrastructure that powers our ecosystem.
End-to-End Ownership: Work across the full stack, connecting frontend innovations with reliable backend services, ensuring a seamless user journey.
Influence Our Direction: Participate actively in product ideation and technical strategy discussions, giving you a chance to influence the direction of our core business.
University & Corporate Engagement: See your development efforts directly support our university admissions (Keyinitiate) and corporate internship (Keyinternship) programs, witnessing firsthand how technology drives our core offerings.
Test & Iterate: Write and execute tests, debug across the stack, and participate in rapid iteration cycles to continuously improve our product.
Learn & Grow: Adhere to coding best practices, engage in code reviews, and leverage mentorship opportunities to accelerate your learning.

任职要求

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
Foundational knowledge of backend development, particularly with Java.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database concepts.
A strong interest in UI/UX design and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Possess a startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and eager to wear multiple hats.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
A genuine interest in China’s dynamic ecosystem and building cross-cultural connections.
