E-Commerce Operations Management
-Plan and manage the full order fulfilment process for online sales, including coordination, packing, and timely delivery of e-commerce orders.
-Ensure daily operational flow is smooth, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations.
Platform Management
-Operate backend systems of key e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, and Redmart.
-Update product listings, monitor sales, and implement promotional campaigns as scheduled.
Content & Visual Creation
-Assist in producing high-quality visual content for e-commerce product listings and marketing campaigns.
-Take and edit product photos, flatlays, or lifestyle shots as needed for digital use.
-Design engaging visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
-Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and align creative output with branding guidelines.
Promotional & Reporting Support
-Assist in compiling sales performance reports and key marketing metrics for internal analysis.
-Support the preparation of in-store and digital promotional materials, festive campaigns, and seasonal activations.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
-Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
-Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels featuring products, team moments, customer stories, and seasonal content.
-Schedule and publish regular posts, stories, and campaign highlights to engage audiences and build community.
-Track platform performance trends to ensure optimal timing and content styles for maximum engagement.
-Actively respond to messages, comments, and customer interactions in a brand-aligned voice.
Digital Content Development
-Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas that align with marketing objectives and brand storytelling.
-Collaborate with teammates and external partners (e.g., influencers)to create digital campaigns.
-Analyze and report on content performance to guide ongoing improvements and future planning
-Able to work independently and in a team
-Great learning experience and good exposure for your resume
-Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to converse well in basic English and Mandarin
-Proactive and goal-driven individual
• Eligible for overtime salary
• SGD 600 for housing allowance per month
• Have the opportunity to convert to S-pass if work performance is good
