Corporate Training (Intern)

Job Brief:
Join us at the Singapore Economics and Management Institute (SEMI) — a dynamic organization specializing in corporate training, international business missions, and strategic business advisory services. We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team as an intern / Management Trainee Associate role, depending on experience and performance.
As part of our Programme team, you will support the end-to-end execution of training programmes, study missions and immersion trips. You’ll work closely with both local and overseas stakeholders, manage logistics, and help ensure every programme runs smoothly from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities :
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including client representatives from China, local partners and tour agencies
• Engage speakers and industry experts for training and knowledge-sharing sessions • Oversee administrative logistics (i.e. training venue bookings, meals & catering
arrangements, transport coordination, tour guide liaison, and R&R planning)
• Accompany and facilitate delegations on overseas study missions and business visits
• Handle multiple programmes’ timelines and partners with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in social media marketing (i.e. TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Wechat Posts etc.)
