任职要求

What You’ll Do:

Market Insight & Strategy: Conduct critical market research and analysis to inform our business strategies for engaging universities and corporations in China.
Partnership Development: Identify and engage with key universities and innovative companies to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
Client Engagement: Support business development efforts by preparing compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our ecosystem.
Business Operations: Gain exposure to the operational aspects of our Keyinitiate (university admissions) and Keyinternship (talent placement) programs, understanding how business development drives these core functions.
Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand our network and enhance our market position.
Cross-Cultural Bridge: Facilitate understanding and collaboration between international talent/institutions and the Chinese ecosystem.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Possess a strong understanding of global business dynamics and a keen interest in the Chinese market.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
A proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for business growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant asset.
