Supplier Collaboration and Process Optimization: Assist in reviewing outlines/manuscripts, put forward modification suggestions under the guidance of standardized templates, participate in establishing the content review SOP and the application of project management tools, and ensure the efficiency of content output.
Harbor a profound passion for web novels, specially female lead genres (romance, werewolf), possess a good understanding of the web novel market, and have reading experience on at least one web novel platform (Dreame/Goodnovel/Watpad etc.).
Candidates with web novel writing experience will be given preference. Familiarity with the creative logic of popular novels is essential.
Be proficient in using both Chinese and English as working languages. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills and be capable of efficiently managing multi-threaded tasks.
