Operations Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team. This internship offers opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable exposure to end-to-end banking operations within a regulated environment. The intern will support the operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities and contribute to process improvements initiatives and cross-functional collaboration, all while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a banking environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily processing of banking transactions, including Treasury settlement, trade finance operation activities and loan administrative task.
• Help monitor transaction activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Work with cross-functional team to resolve discrepancies or client inquiries.
• Assist with data entry, report generation and trend analysis for process improvement
• Contribute to project aimed at automating or streamlining operational workflows
• Ensure accurate filing and secure handling of confidential client information
