岗位描述

Maintain basic asset/project trackers and support weekly/monthly reporting.
Assist with performance monitoring and simple variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast); summarize key KPIs.
Collect market data and comparable information; produce short research briefs.
Prepare meeting materials and presentation slides; organize documents and version control.
Support ad hoc analysis and daily team requests.

任职要求

Undergraduate student (sophomore preferred) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Real Estate, or related majors.

Proficient in Excel (common functions and data cleaning; PivotTables are a plus); basic PowerPoint skills.

Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution.

Clear communication skills and strong learning ability.

Availability: [3–5] days/week for [3+] months (customizable).

Preferred

Basic understanding of asset management or investments; relevant campus project/club/competition experience.

Familiarity with any of Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or Python.
