岗位描述

Follow production schedules and ensure targets are met.
Monitor production and quality data during manufacturing.
Inspect product quality, adjust process parameters as needed, and ensure compliance with standards.
Conduct equipment inspections and address any equipment, material, or operational issues.
Participate in factory standardization programs (e.g. ISO, HACCP).

任职要求

Academic Background: Majors related to Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Finance, Human Resources, or Marketing are preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication.
