Daily Operations Data Collection & Analysis

Collect and compile influent and effluent water quality and flow data (COD, NH₃-N, TP, TN, SS, etc.).
Perform data analysis and trend assessment using Excel / Python (if applicable).
Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis summaries.

Process Monitoring & Optimization Support

Assist duty engineers with on-site inspections (aeration tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, chemical dosing systems, etc.).
Identify abnormal data and propose preliminary optimization suggestions (energy saving, improving effluent stability).
Participate in cost-saving projects (chemical consumption optimization, blower energy efficiency, etc.).

Technical & Management Meeting Support

Record meeting minutes for operations dispatch meetings, process optimization meetings, and equipment management meetings.
Organize technical documentation and update process flow documents.
Support bilingual communication and reporting with engineers from the Singapore headquarters.

Project Support & Learning Tasks

Assist in implementing smart operation, automation, and energy-saving upgrade projects.
Study and summarize environmental regulations, discharge standards, and technical guidelines.
Complete assigned learning tasks and short technical analysis reports under the guidance of mentors.

任职要求

Academic & Discipline Requirements

Majors preferred: Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
Open to applicants who are 4th-year undergraduates or 2nd-year postgraduate students.

Skills Requirements

Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel (Python / statistical analysis is a plus).
Good Chinese communication skills with basic written and verbal ability.
Able to adapt to wastewater treatment plant environments and safety requirements.

Personal Qualities

Responsible, proactive, and fast learner.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Willing to learn and work in engineering field environments.

Internship Arrangement

Able to commit to a 6-month on-site internship in Huzhou, China (accommodation provided).
