What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo, Xiaohongshu), managing content calendars, posting, and community engagement.
Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and promotional materials, tailored for different audiences.
Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our Keyinitiate, Keyinternship, and Keyimmersion programs.
Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on social media and marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Brand Storytelling: Help articulate Keyinspiring’s unique value proposition and mission through engaging marketing narratives.
AI Insights for Marketing: Explore and propose AI tools or strategies to enhance marketing operations, such as content generation assistance, sentiment analysis, or audience segmentation.
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, International Relations, or a related field.
Passionate about social media marketing and content creation, with demonstrable experience managing social media accounts or creating engaging content.
Proficient with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and skilled in creating visually appealing graphics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.
A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
A genuine interest in China’s culture, education sector, and global business connections.
Brand Building Experience: Play a direct role in shaping and growing Keyinspiring’s brand identity.
