任职要求

What You’ll Do:

Lead Tech Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment with Keyinspiring’s strategic goals.
Bridge Tech & Business: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for broader understanding and ensuring development aligns with business needs.
AI & Automation Insight: Research, propose, and contribute to the implementation of AI-powered solutions for operational automation (e.g., AI agents for customer service, intelligent data analysis, workflow automation).
Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with our web and backend developers, understanding technical challenges and facilitating efficient development cycles.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve project management methodologies and operational efficiency, with a specific focus on AI integration.
University/Business Integration: Understand how technology projects support and enhance our core university and corporate partnerships.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with a strong technical or AI focus.
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles and project management principles.
Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, automation tools, or data science is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities for technological improvement.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
A genuine interest in how AI and technology can drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Passion for bridging global talent with China’s opportunities.
