About the Role

We are looking for a User Research Intern to join our team and help drive insights that shape our products. You will work in Guangzhou, China closely with researchers, designers, and product managers to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, contributing to data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Support in preparing research reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design decisions.
  • Help manage research operations, including participant recruitment and logistics.

Internship Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of user research methods and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with UX research tools (e.g., Figma, Qualtrics, UserTesting).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) is a plus.
