Job Description

Product Planning and Design:
-Responsible for the planning and design of front-end products for the Large Accommodation Business Unit, and developing product roadmaps.
-Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct market research, and identify product opportunities.
-Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality product interfaces and user experiences.

Project Management:
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, development, and testing, to ensure timely project delivery.
-Develop project plans, track project progress, and identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Product Iteration and Optimization:
-Continuously optimize product features and user experiences based on user feedback and data analysis.
-Develop product iteration plans and drive continuous improvement and innovation of products.

Communication and Collaboration:
-Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate communication and implementation of product requirements.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product promotion and user growth.

Currently, there are multiple front-end experience positions available, including roles in maps, user experience, search and recommendation, and booking.

Internship Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple resources.
-Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to drive product decisions based on data.
-A strong interest in the travel industry, with an innovative mindset and user-oriented thinking.
-Good ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
