Job Description

  • Responsible for requirement analysis of backend systems related to the Large Accommodation Business Unit, deeply understanding business needs, and formulating product plans.

  • Design efficient and user-friendly backend product features, and write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD).

Project Management:

  • Coordinate resources from technology, design, operations, and other teams to drive product development and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Monitor and optimize products after launch, continuously improving product performance and user experience.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Use data analysis tools to monitor product usage, identify user needs, and propose product optimization solutions.

  • Conduct regular market research, analyze competing products, and maintain the product’s market competitiveness.

Cross-Departmental Communication and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure product strategies align with the company’s overall goals.

  • Support the operations team by providing product training and related assistance.

Internship Requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Computer Science, Information Management, Tourism Management, or related fields.

Professional Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of product management and familiarity with product development processes.

  • Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure and Visio.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions based on data.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant internship or project experience.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive cross-departmental collaboration.
