Job Description

Conduct chemical and microbiological tests for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Monitor production’s critical control points (CCP) and analyze quality issues.
Implement food safety management systems (e.g. FSSC 22000).

Internship Requirements

Academic Background: Majors related to Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Finance, Human Resources, or Marketing are preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication.
