Job Description

  • Follow production schedules and ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor production and quality data during manufacturing.
  • Inspect product quality, adjust process parameters as needed, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and address any equipment, material, or operational issues.
  • Participate in factory standardization programs (e.g. ISO, HACCP).

Internship Requirements

Academic Background: Majors related to Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Finance, Human Resources, or Marketing are preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication.
