Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Event Operations: Develop event operation plans for vertical industries, execute and coordinate resources, monitor all operational aspects, and achieve expected goals and outcomes.
  • User Growth: Drive user growth and retention through high-quality content production, event operations, and continuous innovation.
  • Content Operations: Oversee content planning, production, course content creation, editing, and publishing.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational data, proposing optimization and iteration strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline content operation workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with business and project teams to drive the implementation and effectiveness of operational initiatives, improving team collaboration efficiency horizontally.

Internship Requirements

We expect you to:

  • Possess product thinking, strong logical reasoning, and the ability to deliver interaction outputs, enabling efficient communication with product, design, and development teams.
  • Have keen market sensitivity and insight.
  • Demonstrate strong cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork skills, with a self-driven attitude.
  • Be proficient in both English and Chinese (HSK 5 or above)as working languages.
