Management Trainee Internship Programme 2026 – August Intake

Position Overview

Our Management Trainee Program is designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates who aspire to grow into future leaders. Over a 6-month structured rotation across key departments – including Marketing, Student Services, and Sales – you will gain comprehensive exposure to the operations and strategy of an international education company.

Upon successful completion of the rotation period, you will be offered a role aligned with your strengths and career interests, supported by a clear growth trajectory within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

During the rotation, you will be involved in the following areas:

1. Marketing & Brand Development
   • Assist in formulating marketing strategies and executing brand promotion campaigns;
   • Contribute to content creation, design, and publishing across digital channels;
   • Support market research andcompetitor analysis.
2. Student Services & Operational Support
   • Help coordinate academic scheduling, student logistics, and event operations;
   • Participate in optimizing service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction;
   • Support administrative systems and internal communication.
3. Sales & Client Engagement
   • Assist in handling client inquiries, course recommendations, and customer onboarding;
   • Contribute to refining sales strategies and improving conversion efficiency;
   • Manage and analyze CRM data to support sales initiatives.
4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
   • Participate in internal projects under the guidance of senior mentors;
   • Collaborate across departments to support business goals and process improvement;
   • Provide timely updates and reports on assigned tasks and initiatives.
