This role is responsible for supporting the daily operation and optimization of Trip.com Group’s recruitment systems. It involves working with the internal product team and external vendors to resolve user issues and continuously enhance the recruitment experience.
This position presents a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment system management and collaborate with professionals in a corporate setting.
【Key Responsibilities】
Assist in the daily operation of the group’s recruitment-related systems. Cooperate with product and technical teams to work on basic problem troubleshooting, support the optimization of system functions and configuration adjustments.
Assist in the collection, cleaning and sorting of recruitment data, support the production of data visualization reports, and provide support for improving recruitment efficiency through basic data analysis.
Assist in other recruitment-related operation and project support work.
Internship Requirements
【What We Are Looking For】
Passion for HR and HRIS. Candidates with majors in Human Resources, Data Analysis, Computer Science are preferred.
Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle, Excel knowledges (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) or experiences with recruitment systems / other HR systems will be a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, action-oriented, and good in collaborations and communication skills.
