【About the Role】
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with end-to-end recruitment operations and assessment solutions at a group level. You will support the optimization of our recruitment assessment solutions and deliver data-driven insights to enhance hiring efficiency.
【Key Responsibilities】
Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group’s internal and external recruitment assessment tools, including vendor coordination.
Partner with HR teams across the organization to deliver system support and resolve daily operational needs.
Independently execute data cleaning and analysis for recruitment assessments and hiring workflows, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate on other cross-functional recruitment projects, contributing to process optimization and project tracking.

Internship Requirements

【What We’re Looking For】
Passion for HR, especially recruitment and talent assessment; candidates with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, or Data Science are highly preferred.
Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and experience with mainstream recruitment assessment tools or systems is a strong plus.
Strong data literacy: Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced functions) and hands-on experience with SQL/R for data analysis is a bonus.
Fluency in English: Capable of business communication.
Reliable availability: Minimum 4 days per week.
