职位亮点：

该职位专注于东南亚地区的薪酬福利，提供在中国大陆获得人力资源实践经验的机会，同时建立对东南亚主要国家薪酬福利实践的了解，从而拓展您的全球视野。

工作职责：

1）协助总部与东南亚各国当地人力资源团队进行政策信息交流和收集，主要涉及福利政策和文件的整合。

2）通过与东南亚各国的当地福利提供者联络和沟通，支持总部在东南亚开展福利整合项目。

3）协助更新和翻译全球及海外政策。

4）协助收集和整理海外薪酬福利市场数据以及竞争对手的薪酬福利情报。

Internship Requirements

职位要求：

1）精通微软办公软件套件（Word、PowerPoint、Excel）。

2）能够承诺至少3个月的实习期。

3）具备基本的中文读写能力，以及较强的英语沟通能力。

4）优秀的沟通能力和积极主动的工作和学习态度。
