Job Description

Foundation for an HR Career: Gain exposure to standardized, full-cycle HR lifecycle processes within a global/regional shared services center, building a strong foundation for future specialization. Global Impact & Perspective: Provide support to employees across different countries, enhancing your intercultural communication and understanding of international HR practices. Work with Leading Technology: Utilize and master global HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, CMS) to develop valuable digital and analytical skills.

Execute standardized HR administrative transactions throughout the employee lifecycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation, job changes, contract renewal, offboarding).Ensure 100% data accuracy by entering and updating employee information in the HR Information System-Workday.Serve as the point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures via case management system. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all cases in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the HR knowledge base/FAQ.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee self-service experience.

Internship Requirements

Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across regional teams. (Proficiency in either Japanese, Korean or South East Asian local language is a strong advantage) Skills: Clear Communicator: Ability to explain HR policies and procedures in simple, user-friendly terms, ensuring understanding across diverse employee groups. Problem-Solver: Skilled at diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and following through to effective resolution while adhering to established guidelines. Service-Oriented: Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy, dedicated to delivering a positive employee experience with every interaction. Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong focus on precision in data entry and transaction processing, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality HR records.
