Job Description

  • To ensure that the overall hotel experience is improved through awareness and attention to the guests.
  • Provide check-in and room introduction services for all guests according to established working standards.
  • Pay attention to guest complaints, demands and needs, and report problems to duty manager if they cannot be resolved.
  • Promote the facilities within the hotel.
  • Ensure that all repeat customers and other important guests receive special recognition and service.
  • Maintain grooming in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely and accurate manner, and provide the best advice to guests through their professional knowledge.

Internship Requirements

  • College degree or above, fluent in spoken English.
  • Outgoing personality, flexible mind, down-to-earth work ethic, strong sense of service and responsibility.
  • Internship or work experience in international chain hotels is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating office systems is preferred.
