Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive intern to join our team and assist in organizing and executing our forums. This role is ideal for someone who wishes to gain experience in event management and communication coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the Business and Philanthropy Forum and related events, including preparing event proposals, coordinating with guests and speakers, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Official Document Management: Responsible for drafting and managing official documents related to events, such as event plans and press releases.
  • Client Outreach: Execute strategic client outreach initiatives and use marketing tools to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients.
  • Media and Promotional Materials: Assist in designing promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and other visual assets, and effectively manage social media channels to increase awareness and participation in events.
  • On-Site Coordination: Participate in on-site coordination during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan, maintaining order, and handling any unexpected situations promptly.

Internship Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or a recent graduate.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of independently drafting various documents.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, with experience in social media management or marketing preferred.
  • Strong team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
