What You’ll Do

Position 1: Content planning intern – Content Marketing

  • Plan short videos (Douyin, Xiaohongshu/RED) including topic selection, scripting and storyboarding, ensuring content is communicable and aligned with brand tone.
  • Assist in the full short video production process: coordinate with the editing team, follow up on shooting and editing progress, and ensure final videos match the original script.
  • Track video data (plays, likes, shares, comments), analyze strengths and weaknesses, issue brief review reports to support future topic planning.
  • Help build a content library (copy, visuals, trending materials), collect industry quality content and share regularly to inspire the team.
  • Support creativity and cross-team collaboration: participate in trending projects and brand collaborations, explore AI and other new tools for content creation.

Position 2: Short Video Live Commerce Creative Planning Intern – Douyin & Kuaishou Platforms

  • Assist in full-process planning, shooting and review of Douyin official account’s brand promotion, product marketing and traffic-driving short videos.
  • Optimize product video scripts, visuals and shooting, follow up on implementation and review effects to improve marketing conversion.
  • Monitor Douyin trending content, combine product features to quickly plan and promote traffic monetization.
  • Assist in Douyin marketing activities and projects and participate in store operation layout and implementation.

Internship Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Singaporean student majoring in E-commerce, Marketing or related fields.
  • Enjoy browsing video-focused social media platforms, have a good sense of the latest internet trends.
  • Possess basic short video shooting and editing skills.
  • Familiar with AI content tools and able to apply them in the content planning and optimization process.
  • Have fluent Chinese communication skills, good learning adaptability and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
