What You’ll Do as FMCG Brand Intern

  • Brand Content Marketing & Execution: Support the creation of seeding content for new media platforms including Xiaohongshu (RED) and Douyin, follow up on content releases, track data feedback and propose optimization suggestions.
  • We-Media Account Operations: Support content planning, copywriting and layout optimization for the brand’s we-media channels and develop monthly/quarterly content calendars.
  • Brand Communication & Marketing Project Support: Follow up on the implementation of key brand projects, including media partnerships, brand communication campaigns, IP collaborations and celebrity partnerships.

  • Learn at China’s top-selling tissue brand for 10 consecutive years.
  • Master core brand management and digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience from strategy planning to performance evaluation.
  • Gain insights into China’s FMCG brand operations and market trends, build a forward-looking industry perspective.
  • Get professional guidance from senior mentors in practical projects and build a high-quality industry network and resource collaboration system.

Internship Requirements

  • Singaporean student with academic background in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of core methodologies in brand management and new media operations, with sound fundamental logic for brand marketing.
  • Excellent bilingual (Chinese & English) communication and creative expression skills, proactive and strong at teamwork.
  • Strong learning agility and teamwork awareness, able to respond quickly to changes and challenges.
