Job Description

Guest & Resident Experience:

  • Manage the complete guest arrival and departure process, including efficient handling of reservations and check-in/out procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest and resident requests, inquiries, and needs throughout their stay, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Proactively develop and execute tailored guest programs and initiatives designed to anticipate and exceed expectations.
  • Engage regularly with residents, providing clear explanations of available facilities, services, and community offerings.

Issue Resolution & Communication:

  • Professionally address and resolve resident complaints and concerns independently, escalating to management when necessary, in line with company financial and brand image guidelines.
  • Manage all resident communications including mail, messages, phone calls, and information requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Operational & Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain strict control and security over all guest keys, master keys, and other designated keys, adhering precisely to key issuance policies.
  • Review and reconcile audit report balances, and conduct systematic follow-up on outstanding accounts.
  • Handle leasing-related activities, including conducting property tours and site inspections in the absence of the Sales & Marketing team.

Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Actively support the Sales & Marketing department by providing valuable guest feedback, market insights, and potential sales leads.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Be fully knowledgeable and compliant with all safety, first-aid, fire, and emergency procedures, and operate related equipment competently and safely.

Internship Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet, professional, and adept at handling sensitive situations with diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in relevant property management software and MS Office applications.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within hospitality, property management, or a related service industry is highly valued.
  • Minimum 5 months of internship required
