Job Description

Hit Content Research and Methodology Precipitation: Under the guidance of a mentor, track popular web novels in the female-oriented genre, deconstruct the story structure and user preferences, and extract reusable creative templates (such as character setting formulas and plot rhythm models).
Topic Selection Planning and Content Implementation: Collaborate with the team to customize the direction of overseas novels (such as contemporary romance and werewolf themes), complete the design of the topic framework, follow up on the whole process of manuscript optimization, and learn to use data tools to monitor the content performance.
Supplier Collaboration and Process Optimization: Assist in reviewing outlines/manuscripts, put forward modification suggestions under the guidance of standardized templates, participate in establishing the content review SOP and the application of project management tools, and ensure the efficiency of content output.

Harbor a profound passion for web novels, specially female lead genres (romance, werewolf), possess a good understanding of the web novel market, and have reading experience on at least one web novel platform (Dreame/Goodnovel/Watpad etc.).
Candidates with web novel writing experience will be given preference. Familiarity with the creative logic of popular novels is essential.
Be proficient in using both Chinese and English as working languages. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills and be capable of efficiently managing multi-threaded tasks.
