  • 负责在IP库中筛选适合改编为短剧的小说，做内容梳理与要点提炼；
  • 分析市场上爆火短剧，提炼适合海外市场的剧情亮点，结合海外市场用户偏好，提炼改编思路；
  • 分析合作方改编剧本，提出修改意见；

Internship Requirements

  • 熟悉海外用户内容偏好，理解东西方文化差异；
  • 对短剧内容有深刻的见解，熟知爆款套路；
  • 熟知海外新媒体平台运营思路与玩法，有账号运营经验者优先；
  • 英语可作为日常交流语言，会日语优先；
