Job Description

Reading and analyzing large numbers of English original novels across many genres;
Researching novel writing methodologies; and providing authors with content suggestions to achieve greater success;
Exploring stories with potential;
Deconstructing stories and mining for gems among them;
Maintaining good relationships with all contracted authors and frequently communicating with them;
Assisting authors to achieve greater popularity.

Internship Requirements

Fluent Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and English speaker is preferred;
Deep love and enthusiasm for the reading of web novels, light novels or other fictional genres;
Experienced writer is preferred;
Good communication skills and quick learner.

普通话流利，英语能力优秀者优先；
