Support Planning & Engineering (P&E) projects and operational improvement initiatives across the business
Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data to support planning, reporting, and decision-making
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project documentation
Assist in process improvement activities by identifying operational trends, issues, and opportunities through data analysis
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project implementation and daily operational activities
Handle ad hoc assignments and provide administrative or project support as required
Internship Requirements
Job Requirements:
Student pursuing a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research or related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; Mandarin and previous internship experience in operations, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or related areas are a plus
