  • Organize and implement training programs and build talent development frameworks.
  • Manage internal publications, social media platforms, and employee engagement events.
  • Support payroll analysis, social security, and employee welfare matters.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to support management decision-making.

Internship Requirements

  • Academic Background: Majors related to Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Finance, Human Resources, or Marketing are preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication.
